We realize Friday's soft lockdown may have been distressing, but given recent tragic incidents in Georgia and the nation, school systems and law enforcement must take these types of threats or communications extremely seriously. The Sheriff's Office and Georgia Bureau of Investigation continue to pursue prosecuting the sender of the threat. Our faculty and staff continue to educate our students while ensuring the safety of all members of our school system. Please let us all continue to work together to keep our most precious safe and sound. We look forward to having a MIGHTY MARION MONDAY and week!

Important: If you see/hear about a helicopter landing on our front lawn today, it is part of a presentation for our AP Government students. Just wanted to alleviate any concerns prior to the event!
