Based on the most current weather advisory predicting strong winds and heavy rains with possible tornadoes, Marion County Schools will be closed to students tomorrow, January 9, 2024. All employees will report at 11 AM unless otherwise notified.
All athletic, extracurricular, and after-school activities are still scheduled for tomorrow.

Mrs. Butler's Digital and Marketing class, along with members of the Marion County DECA, had the pleasure of hosting Professor Becca Jones and four marketing students from Georgia Southwestern State University. During the visit, GSW students shared the history and advantages of their university, while answering questions about their personal experiences and why they chose to attend. This informative session gave Marion County Marketing and DECA students a glimpse of the next education level and insight into GSW.
